Tensioner with capacity of 5-75gram capacity
1) Preset tension can be achieved by varying magnetic field intensity betweentwodiscthrough electromagnetic principle. Preset tension value is to be entered onoperatortouch screen interface.
2) Continous tension disc cleaning through motorized stud in disc. Additional cleaningthrough Over head travelling cleaner provided with creel assembly.
3) Opto sensor located on each tension assembly, stops the machine in case of yarnbreak within 100ms. Opto sensor works on the principle of running yarn vibrationdetection, hence no false stop issues.
4) Opto sensor also helps to confirm end count at the start up. In case of repeatedbreaksin same position, it will flash bad package notification in operator interface.
5) Post to post tension control can be calibrated through operator interface.
6) Seven segment LED display above each vertical post, enables operator to identifythebroken end easily. It will also be displayed on operator interface.
7) At the start of a new creel, system will start in teach mode. In this mode onlinecalibration of tension will take place in close loop using yarn tension sensor installedinthe first post. This facilitates easy change over of counts in new start up withdifferentprograms.
8) Tension control through out the warping speed range.
9) Tension control module automatically compensate the temperature effect of electromagnetic coils so as to maintain the constant tension.
10) During the machine stop, both the disc will be braked to maintain the tightnessof yarn.11) Plug and play connectivity to ease the maintenance work in case required.
