Size Box

- PLC Based controls for size box.
- Separate motors & drives for size rolls.
- Size rolls, S.S. claded on steel tubes having thick walls to
prevent undue deflection
- Positive drive for minimum yarn stretch at the entry to the vat.
- Linear speed of the size applicator roll is precisely regulated
through inverter drive to follow the linear speed of the machine
and control elongation at minimum value.
- Indirect and direct heating to prevent undue dilution of
size.
- External size circulation system with filtering is provided
to remove the size lumps.

Drying Section

- Dryer divided into pre-dryer groups and final dryer.
- All cylinders except final two are Teflon coated.
- Moisture is measured after the final dryer and regulated through
fully digitally controlled drive system.
- Cylinder temperature is controlled via process controllers.
- Yarn tension is maintained at the pre-determined value in each
split.

cut frames for precise alignment.
- Urethane covered delivery roll and chrome plated nip roll.
